Day 3

China is very interesting. Today my roommate and I walked down to the Oriental Pearl Tower. We bargained post cards down to $1.50 USD for 10. After we bought these, another lady came up to use and wanted us to buy more. We said " dui bu qi" which means "sorry." We said this to her multiple times and she finally hit us with the postcards. It wasn't hard, but I was a little surprised. At the end of the board walk we also saw turtles in the water. Not sure if these were going to be food down the road, but they were there.

We also walked down a "real" Chinese street where there weren't people trying to sell us tourist items. We ate soup dumpling which are very popular in Shanghai. After that we walked around in the HOT and HUMID weather.
